I do not accept insurance in this practice. Insurance adds red tape, limits the type of care I can provide, and ultimately increases the cost of care.

I meaningfully limit my patient panel size, which allows me to know each of my patients and be available to them.

Although insurance is not necessary to be a member, I encourage all of my patients to maintain health insurance to cover emergencies, surgeries, and specialty care.
This practice is not health insurance.

If you sign up for the monthly offering, I request that you stay for at least 3 months. This is not a requirement but a request. It takes time for us to get to know each other and for me to fully understand your health needs and goals, so please commit to at least a few months of working together.
If you sign up for the annual offering, you are committing to 12 months.
